I must have allergies really bad . Because my lungs fill up with mucus and makes me out of breath. Back hurts no energy. I took this twice one nite and I coughed up so much mucus I was amazed. Took it again the next day and did the same thing. Felt great I could actually walk across the yard with out gasping for air.. thank u .

Got a head cold that went to chest and I coukdn’t relieve the congestion with otc, Mucinex, nyquil, robitussion. While trying these to no avail, night cough and congestion worsened. Then my boyfriend remembered Olbas that we used years ago while in Ireland. So we bought the cough syrup which loosened congestion for productive cough w/in an hour (I was awaiting the 2 hour time to take more). Well I did and it kept working so well. It also allowed me a 6 hour rest…which I hadn’t had in a week. From there it worked every day with only a few doses. My congestion and cough were so draining I didn’t need to take many doses. I am completely amazed at the effectiveness of Olbas cough syrup!! Whenever I get sick it is accompanied by a cough that lingers well beyond any of the other symptoms. The biggest problem for me is how much my sleep is disrupted by coughing spasms at night. In the past my physician has given me cough syrup with codeine to suppress the cough and to help me sleep. Well, it is not effective on the cough at all, but does allow me to sleep for 3-4 hours before I wake from more coughing. I bought Olbas just to give it a try and have had 3 consecutive nights of uninterrupted sleep. It is the most effective cough remedy I have encountered, and it will be my preferred remedy in the future.

Olbas Cough Syrup works for me better than any over the counter brands. I always have this on hand. Also, I have a 4 year old that will readily take this… with other brands it is a struggle to get him to take it because they taste so awful. Olbas Cough Syrup has a pleasant licorice like flavor and very effective and soothing.

I have had a nasty night cough that keeps me awake. It’s dry and leads to hacking attacks. I tried the usual Maximum Strength suppressants that contain the same few active ingredients that most of major players do and it didn’t stop my coughing. I tried cough drops and they didn’t work. Desperate, I was checking out every bottle in my local store and came across Olbas. I liked that it’s truly all-natural and didn’t have some of the questionable ingredients that I found listed on many of the Homeopathic products. But would it work? Would it taste terrible? I tried it for the first time last night. As usual, my cough started right before my bedtime. I took the recommend dosage, 2 teaspoons (states to do that every two hours). Right off, instead of it tasting like a liquefied menthol cough drop which is how I imagined it, I noticed it tasted REALLY good, probably due to the addition of honey (there is no sucrose or fake sweeteners). Second, I noticed that there was some immediate relief to my dry scratchy throat. That’s all good news but would it stop my cough, even if just for two hours? I didn’t wake up until four hours later because I began coughing. Up until that point it has worked well beyond the two hours! Awesome! I had it on my nightstand and took another two teaspoons and that silenced my coughing for the rest of the night! I am really happy I found this cough syrup!

I highly recommend this syrup. I use it every time I feel “seasonal distress” coming on and it works wonders. I even try to remember to pack this along when we go on vacations just in case someone gets sick, as it isn’t easy to find at your average drug or grocery store. A store clerk at Whole Foods recommended this syrup to me as one other customers found helpful when I was there looking for something non-toxic to give our kids when they were sick. It tastes great and seems to be made up of natural ingredients, like honey and licorice. We do try home remedies like tea with honey and lemon for sore throats, but the ingredients in this syrup seem to work better than any home remedy I have been able to concoct on my own so far. I try to never run out and keep a bottle in the house at all times.

Insanely great. Soothes my cough and makes me feel better almost immediately. I think it tastes delicious – an intense clean flavor of honey, wildflowers and herbs. Also cloves. Plus fairy dust, I’m sure. I can not recommend this highly enough.
