A few years ago I was in a health food store. I was looking for something to quiet a cough. A store employee was helping me. She found something but then said, but Olbas Pastilles are what everyone likes best. When I tried them I could not believe how quickly my cough and sore throat subsided.

I cannot believe that they are discontinued!! Please say they will be manufactured again!!

I first discovered Olba’s Pastilles when my children were in grade school. They are now aged 48 and 51.

I found them at a local pharmacy when i had a mild sore throat. i don’t think i truly needed them, and i thought they tasted awful.

Then i contracted a horrendous sore throat. I decided to try Olba’s Pastilles again. After all, i had an almost-full box right there in my bathroom cupboard. Not only were the cough drops long-lasting–they were incredibly soothing. Also, I learned that if I took one at night, a little bit was still there in my mouth in the morning–a good night’s sleep with my throat being soothed all night long! I didn’t mind the “awful tasted” one bit! I have come to like them!

Now recently, at the beginning of a local online yoga class, the teacher said she woke up with a sore throat. She didn’t know if she would be able to teach the entire hour and a half. i live 4 blocks away, so i grabbed some Olba’s Pastilles and drove over there to give them to her. Now she is already a devotee and will be a lifelong customer as well.

A few years ago a friend of mine gave me an Olbas pastille during my coughing spell. It immediately relieved my cough unlike anything else I’ve tried. I often have multiple respiratory illnesses in the winter with uncontrollable coughing. I haven’t been without the pastilles for several years and was very disappointed when I recently tried to purchase more and couldn’t find them anywhere. Please, please bring them back. I have never found an equivalent other that prescription cough medicine.

Years ago I took Robitussin cough syrup at bedtime. It put me into such a deep sleep, i almost choked to death when i started coughing and couldn’t quickly wake. I threw it out and started looking for cough syrup that was made with healthy ingredients.

I must have allergies really bad . Because my lungs fill up with mucus and makes me out of breath. Back hurts no energy. I took this twice one nite and I coughed up so much mucus I was amazed. Took it again the next day and did the same thing. Felt great I could actually walk across the yard with out gasping for air.. thank u .

I get terrible ear pain when flying. I carry Olbas oil and put it on a tissue when the plane starts to descend. Breathing into the tissue until we land has completely eliminated the pain!

Got a head cold that went to chest and I coukdn’t relieve the congestion with otc, Mucinex, nyquil, robitussion. While trying these to no avail, night cough and congestion worsened. Then my boyfriend remembered Olbas that we used years ago while in Ireland. So we bought the cough syrup which loosened congestion for productive cough w/in an hour (I was awaiting the 2 hour time to take more). Well I did and it kept working so well. It also allowed me a 6 hour rest…which I hadn’t had in a week. From there it worked every day with only a few doses. My congestion and cough were so draining I didn’t need to take many doses. Best of the Best! I love this product. I use it every time we have seasonal symptoms or runny nose. Goes great into humidifier, and helps you breathe easily. Also awesome results after massaging into sore areas on skin like shoulder, neck, legs, knees, wrists, etc. I use it almost for every thing and every where. I sprinkle several drops on a napkin (or right straight on the pillowcase!) and put it aside on my pillow for the whole night, it helps me breathe clearly if I have a runny nose. You can sprinkle it right on your pillowcase for the night, after laundry it doesn’t leave any smells or residue. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to stay meds-free! I wanted to let you know just how extra good your Olbas Tea is. I suffer from asthma, sinus issues and throat irritations, In addition to enjoying a warm cup of your tea, I will actually pop one or two of the crystals into my mouth, it relieves my throat irritations and makes my whole mouth feel real fresh. I use the tea when my throat or sinus issues are acting up. Before I leave the house, if I am going to be around people, I will pop one or two crystals in my mouth to freshen my mouth and throat. I was looking for a natural herbal type syrup to help calm my dry, congested chest and bronchial area. The ingredients in the Olbas syrup seemed right for what I needed. After the first dose, I immediately felt relief, without side affects. I will try the other products as well. Thanks.
